  3.           PRINTING YOUR USER RESPONSE FORM

  5.                Your  User  Response Form will now be printed  out  for
  6.           you.  It will be printed in two parts.

  8.                Be  sure  you have paper in your printer,   before  you
  9.           proceed.    What will actually be happening is that  certain
  10.           files  on  your disk will be copied to your prinnter.    You
  11.           will be able to watch what is happening at the bottom of the
  12.           screen.

  14.                If you don't want to print out the form at this point,
  15.           just hold down the CTRL key, while pressing the BREAK key.
  16.  
  17.                Whenever you are ready to print, just press any key.
